Italian-Speaking Customer Support Specialist/Mon-Fri/remote in Greece
Are you fluent in Italian and interested in joining the customer service team of one of the world’s leading logistics companies? We are looking for an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist FedEx customers with deliveries, shipments and related services.
The position is fully remote from anywhere in Greece, with fixed Monday-to-Friday availability.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting customers via phone, email and back-office channels;
- Arranging package collection and assisting with delivery requests;
- Tracking shipments and investigating delivery issues;
- Providing support with claims, invoices and billing inquiries;
- Assisting customers with account setup and onboarding;
- Answering questions about services, prices and available solutions;
- Providing basic technical support for customer systems;
- Handling complaints and taking ownership of their resolution;
- Escalating complex or unresolved cases according to internal procedures;
Requirements:
- Italian at C1 level;
- English at a minimum B2 level;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong customer focus, empathy and sense of ownership;
- Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems;
- Availability to complete language assessments and project certification;
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
Working conditions:
- Fully remote from anywhere in Greece;relocation package valid for Athens;
- Schedule: Monday–Friday;
- 14th salaries in Greece;
- Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 21:00;
- Full-time gross salary: €1100 per month;
- Performance bonus of up to 15% of the gross salary;
- 17 days of initial training;
- One week of supported nesting before handling cases independently;
- Ongoing training, coaching and opportunities to progress to more advanced cases.
Relocation package:
Two weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival;
Flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
Assistance throughout the relocation process.
