Are you fluent in Portuguese and interested in developing your career in Athens? For our international partner, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist users of a leading global messaging platform.
The role involves supporting customers via email and chat with account settings, access issues, installation and activation errors, technical difficulties, refund requests, and inappropriate or suspicious content.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing customer support via email and chat;
- Assisting users with account settings and access;
- Troubleshooting installation, activation and application issues;
- Handling inquiries related to refunds and platform content;
- Identifying and reviewing reports of spam, phishing, malware, and inappropriate content;
- Following internal procedures and quality standards;
- Working confidently with multiple systems and an extensive knowledge base.
Requirements:
- Portuguese at C1 level or native proficiency;
- English at C1 level, as training and internal documentation are in English;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities;
- High level of stress tolerance and customer focus;
- Good computer literacy;
- Previous customer support experience is preferred but not required;
- Willingness to work from the office in Athens;
- Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
Working conditions:
- Location: Athens, Greece – on-site;
- Working hours: rotational shifts between 06:00 and 22:00;
- Schedule: Monday–Sunday, five working days per week;
- Initial gross salary: €1045 per month;
- Productivity bonus of up to €160 per month;
- Food allowance of up to €80 per month, based on days worked on-site;
- Additional private health insurance;
- 21 days of initial training.

- Relocation package:
Two weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival; Flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
- Support throughout the relocation process.
The position starts with office-based training, nesting, and production. After at least 3 months, employees with consistently excellent performance may be considered for remote work from within Greece, depending on the project’s operational requirements.
