Customer Service Specialist with German or Dutch (relocation to Greece)

BAB Consult is looking for German and Dutch speakers who would like to join an international Customer Service team in Greece.

You will work for one of the world’s leading customer experience companies, supporting customers of well-known international brands while building your career in a multicultural environment.

What will you do?

• • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and/or chat;
• • Assist with questions, requests, and account-related topics;
• • Provide clear and professional solutions;
• • Keep customer information updated in internal systems;
• • Work together with an international and supportive team;

What are we looking for?

✔ German or Dutch at C1; ✔ English at B2 level; ✔ Good communication and problem-solving skills; ✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn; ✔ EU citizenship or valid right to work in Greece;

Previous Customer Service experience is an advantage, but not required for all projects.
