This role is designed for experienced inside sales professionals who are done with entry-level sales, unclear targets, and roles that go nowhere. You will work with a globally leading platform, managing qualified B2B opportunities and contributing directly to revenue growth in a structured, performance-driven environment.

What will you do?
- Own inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across phone, email, video, and professional outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers and relevant stakeholders
- Qualify opportunities and move them confidently through the full sales funnel
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in CRM systems
- Coordinate with onboarding and internal teams to ensure a smooth deal handover

Prepare structured reports, analyses, and documentation using Microsoft Office.
Who are we looking for?
- Fluency in German at C1/Native level (written, spoken)
- Good fluency in English at minimum B2 level (spoken, written)
- Solid experience in B2B inside sales or revenue-focused sales roles.
- Proven ability to manage pipeline, targets, and sales KPIs.
- Strong organizational discipline and ability to work independently.

Experience working with CRM systems in structured sales environments.
