Sales Specialist with Italian - Athens

Are you fluent in Italian and confident when communicating with customers? For our international partner, we are looking for an Italian-speaking specialist to provide customer care, technical assistance and sales support for the Swiss market.

The position is suitable for a customer-focused professional who can identify clients’ needs, resolve their concerns and recommend appropriate products and services.

Main responsibilities:

• Supporting customers via phone, email and chat;
• Answering questions about mobile, internet and related services;
• Providing basic technical assistance;
• Assisting customers with contracts, invoices and account-related inquiries;
• Identifying suitable products and additional services;
• Handling sales and customer retention conversations;
• Addressing cancellation requests and presenting relevant alternatives;
• Following internal processes and achieving individual quality and sales targets.

Requirements:

• Italian at C1 level or native proficiency;
• English at a minimum B2 level;
• Sales experience is required for sales and retention activities;
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills;
• Good computer literacy and knowledge of mobile devices;
• Customer-oriented approach and confidence in achieving targets;
• Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends;
• Eligibility to work in Greece.

Working conditions:

• Location: Athens, Greece office-based;
• Working hours: rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00;
• Schedule: Monday–Sunday, five working days per week;
• Gross salary: €1045 per month;
• Productivity bonus of up to €240 per month;
• Additional quarterly sales bonus of up to €900 gross, subject to target achievement;
• Transportation allowance of up to €100 per month after training, proportional to the days worked on-site;
• Nine days of initial training, followed by supported on-the-job learning;
• One flight ticket home after every six completed months of employment.
• Relocation package:
• Two weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival;
• Initial flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
• Assistance throughout the relocation process.
