We have an opportunity for German-speaking candidates who want to join an international company and develop their skills in digital content operations. Our partner is expanding its team in Sofia to support a recognized video gaming franchise. The position combines email-based case handling, content review, and the application of platform policies.

The Position: Work environment: International digital operations team. Communication: Email-based workflows; no voice calls. Languages: German B2/C1+ and English B2+. Location: Sofia, Bulgaria. Experience: No previous experience required. Training: Paid onboarding and professional training. Relocation: Full relocation package available.

Responsibilities: As part of the team, you will be responsible for reviewing information, assessing cases, and ensuring that established standards are followed, only via email.

Your Profile:

• Fluency in German at B2/C1 level or higher.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• Attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• An interest in gaming or digital platforms is a plus:)
