Description
Are you fluent in Portuguese and interested in working in an international environment? For our global partner, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist customers of a well-established consumer products company.
The role combines customer care and basic technical support across several communication channels. Please note that the project is related to tobacco and alternative nicotine products.
Main responsibilities:
- Providing support via phone, email, live chat and social media;
- Assisting customers with product information and availability;
- Handling questions related to orders, deliveries and missing items;
- Supporting customers experiencing product or website issues;
- Processing complaints, replacements and age-verification requests;
- Conducting outbound calls to existing customers who have agreed to be contacted;
- Working with several internal customer support systems;
- Following quality standards and project procedures.
Requirements:
- Portuguese at C1 level;
- English at B2 level, as the training and internal communication are in English;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong multitasking and organisational abilities;
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required;
- No objections to supporting tobacco and smoking-related products;
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
Working conditions:
- Location: Greece;
- Work-from-home option available from anywhere in Greece - but relocation is provided only for Athens;
- Working hours: 11:00–20:00;
- Schedule: Monday–Friday;
- Gross salary: €1045 per month;
- Performance bonus of up to 10% of the gross salary;
- Seven days of initial training.
Relocation package:
- Two weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival;
- Flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
- Assistance throughout the relocation process.
