Customer Support Specialist with Dutch / remote
Are you fluent in Dutch and interested in working remotely from Greece? For our international partner, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist consumers and business partners of one of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands and Belgium.
The position is fully remote from anywhere in Greece, with the option to work from the office in Thessaloniki. Relocation package is available only for Thessaloniki.
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting customers via inbound calls, email and live chat;
- Assisting with delivery status and missing shipments;
- Handling questions about orders, products and invoices;
- Resolving payment, warranty and repair-related inquiries;
- Supporting resellers and marketplace partners;
- Investigating complaints and finding appropriate solutions;
- Working confidently with several customer service systems;
- Following project procedures and meeting quality standards.
Requirements:
- Dutch at C1 level;
- English at a minimum B2 level, as the training is conducted in English;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask;
- Creativity and confidence when resolving complex customer cases;
- High level of stress tolerance;
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required;
- Availability to work rotational shifts, including weekends;
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
Working conditions:
- Fully remote from anywhere in Greece;
- Office-based work in Thessaloniki is also available;
- Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 23:00;
- Schedule: Monday–Sunday, five working days per week;
- Gross salary: €1300 per month;
- Performance bonus of up to 15% of the gross salary;
- €450 gross bonus after successfully completing the training;
- Additional €450 gross bonuses after 4, 8 and 12 months of employment;
- Ten days of initial training;
- One week of supported nesting;
- Opportunities to develop into a mentor, trainer or quality assurance role.
- Relocation package:
- Four weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival;
- Flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
- Assistance throughout the relocation process.
