Are you a Danish speaker ready for a new adventure? We are hiring Customer Care Specialists for international projects in three beautiful Greek locations: Thessaloniki, Athens, and Chania, Crete.
Depending on the project, you may work from the office, in a hybrid model, or from home within Greece. Previous customer service experience is welcome but not required, as full training is provided.
Thessaloniki
Support the customers of a leading international streaming platform via phone, chat, and email with:
Billing, payments, cancellations, and refunds;
Subscriptions, registration, login, and account access;
Streaming, application, and device-related issues;
Content availability, subtitles, and audio settings;
What is offered:
- Performance bonus of up to 10%;
- Possibility to work from home within Greece;

- Working hours between 10:00 and 21:00;
- Rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
Athens
Assist customers and business partners of an international financial services company via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to:
- Money transfers and transaction status;
- Payments, refunds, and cancellations;
- Account registration, verification, and password resets;
- Technical issues and platform navigation;
- Fraud prevention and transaction security.
What is offered:
Performance bonus of up to €200 monthly;
Work-from-home possibility within Greece, depending on the project’s operational requirements;

Rotating shifts between 09:00 and 00:00, including weekends.
Chania, Crete****
Provide customer support for a leading European fashion and lifestyle platform via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with:
- Orders and payments;
- Deliveries and missing parcels;
- Returns and refunds;
- Product complaints and claims;
- Discounts and general shopping inquiries.
What is offered:
- Performance bonus of up to €200 monthly;
- €400 gross monthly accommodation bonus during the first 12 months;
- Possibility to work from home within Greece;
- Full training;
- Working hours between 09:00 and 21:00;
- Approximately one or two weekend shifts per month.
What we are looking for:
- Danish – minimum C1 level;
- English at minimum B2 level;
- Good written and verbal communication skills;
- Customer-oriented and positive attitude;
- Good computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems;
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends;
- Readiness to relocate to Greece.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, finance, e-commerce, or a contact centre would be considered an advantage.
