Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist with Dutch - remote
Are you fluent in Dutch and comfortable assisting customers with technical and product-related questions? For our international partner, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking specialist to support customers of a leading premium household technology brand.
Main responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer calls in Dutch and English;
- Assisting with technical troubleshooting and product-related issues;
- Using video diagnostic tools to inspect products remotely;
- Supporting customers with orders, deliveries and product availability;
- Handling questions related to warranties, repairs, refunds and replacements;
- Recommending suitable products and supporting customers during purchases;
- Recording cases accurately in English;
- Escalating issues that cannot be resolved remotely;
- Working with multiple applications and virtual desktop systems.
Requirements:
- Dutch at C1+ level;
- Good command of English;
- Previous experience in a relevant customer service role;
- Interest in technology and confidence in handling technical inquiries;
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with several systems simultaneously;
- Excellent communication, empathy and problem-solving skills;
- Availability to work rotational shifts and weekends;
- Eligibility to work in Greece.
Advanced IT knowledge is not required, as full training will be provided.
Working conditions:
- Fully remote from anywhere in Greece; Relocation package valid for Athens only.
- Rotational shifts between 09:00 and 21:00;
- Schedule includes weekdays and weekends;
- Saturdays: 10:00–19:00, typically around two Saturdays per month;
- Full-time gross salary: €1500 per month;
- Productivity bonus of up to €150;
- Eleven days of initial training;
- Two weeks of supported nesting with an experienced colleague;
- Paid overtime when required.
- Relocation package:
- Four weeks of paid accommodation upon arrival;
- Flight ticket to Greece covered by the employer;
- Assistance throughout the relocation process.
