Description
Imagine finishing work at 18:00, closing your laptop, and knowing that your weekend is yours.
No daily commute. No weekend shifts. Just a Monday–Friday routine.
- Location: Fully remote from anywhere in Bulgaria
- Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00h-18:00h
- Training: Only Two weeks
- Communication via phone, chat and email
Your responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to email and chat enquiries.
- Answer questions about orders, purchases and deliveries.
- Provide accurate information and practical solutions.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- Fluency in Czech or Slovak at C1/Native level.
- English: B2 level or higher
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- An interest in digital platforms and online gaming is a plus! 🎮
