Client Assistant with DUTCH & English Mon-Fri (NO NIGHT SHIFTS)

Position Overview: For the most part, your responsibilities will include answering customers’ queries via phone, e-mail, and social media✔️ Handling delivery issues, questions about products, refunds, etc.✔️

Requirements for the position:

• Proficiency in Dutch
• Work Level in English
• Excellent Communication Skills
