About the Company:

Our client is one of the biggest BPO companies based in Bulgaria.

They are seeking a Customer helpline support associate who is fluent in German to join their international customer support team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for providing customer support through various channels such as email, phone, and social media. Additionally, you will be expected to assist with website content and some of your other responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer queries efficiently and effectively
• Processing orders and arranging for deliveries
• Providing customers with the best possible care experience at all times
• Providing telephone support and emergency evacuation services as required by clients.

What we will be looking for in you:

• Fluency in German
• Intermediate in English;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Multi-tasking abilities
• Patience when handling tough cases
